My advising process is a comprehensive effort that begins with a free discovery consultation where we will discuss your travel style, past journeys, budget and trip wish list. I will design a customized plan specifically to meet your needs. I will research several options using my resources/ relationships to build a plan where you can pick what looks best. I am open to this being a collaborative effort with suggestions you have or you can feel comfortable letting me do all the work for you. Once we have agreed on the plan, I will begin the booking process. I will guide you through all the deposits, fees, payment, and documentation requirements.  I will provide a detailed itinerary and timeline with all vendor confirmations, destination tips, invoices, and daily schedules. I will touch base with you periodically during your trip for any assistance and will do post trip follow up to review your experience. My goal is to provide great customer service that achieves your trip goals and leaves you with a memorable experience.
*Fees:Â A $250 planning fee will be charged for all full customized itineraries that are presented, but not booked within 60 days.

No matter what type of travel you need to plan, rest assured that I will provide all the resources and guidance you need for the perfect trip. Especially with international travel, documentation requirements change periodically. I will assist you in this process to make sure you have everything you need to prepare for your journey. This might include VISA/ Passport requirements, baggage policies, packing lists, family travel needs, special assistance, traveling with pets, updated travel advisories, and weather forecasts.

Planning any type of travel can be overwhelming especially when it comes to a destination wedding or family gathering. That's why it’s beneficial to have an experienced professional by your side to guide you in every step of the process. My goal is to work with you on finding the perfect setting for your event where you can enjoy the whole process. Not only will I work with suppliers on all the event details, but I will also help assist you in event budgeting, guest accommodations, wedding & honeymoon registry, and event day of timelines.
